Checking In

To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy a cup of tea or other refreshments in our relaxation lounge.

Parking

We are located in the heart of downtown, there is 1-hour metered parking on most of the nearby streets. However, we recommend choosing one of the many first-hour-free parking garages in the area to alleviate any undue stress. Street parking is always free on Sundays.

​Parking will always be free on these holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Cancellation & No-Shows

Cancellation Policy: To respect our and our employee's time, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. Credit cards are required to secure all appointments. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged full price.

Package & Group Cancellation Policy: Spa packages and group reservations require 48-hour notice. In the event of a same-day or late scheduling conflict on the client or spa's behalf, you will be offered treatment alternatives. If you are unable to accept these alternatives, you will be charged accordingly and assigned a gift card or certificate for the value of your scheduled treatment. No-shows will be charged full price.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the 15 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.

Gratuities

We are committed to providing superior service to our guests. Our prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so upon checkout.

Personal Possessions

Spa Urbana is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal articles, please do not bring valuables to the spa. Please - Remember to silence your cell phone when in our relaxation lounge and during your treatment.

Gift Cards & Certificates

Gift cards make a great gift and can be purchased at the spa reception desk, on our website, or by calling 208-639-5335. They are valid for products and services only and must be presented at the time of redemption. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities unless specified at the time of purchase and are not eligible for specials or discounts. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and expire 3 years from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

Return unused products within two weeks of purchase with original receipt and packaging for a refund or spa credit.

Payment Options

All major credit cards, Spa Urbana gift cards/certificates as well as cash are accepted for payment. We do not accept personal checks.
