  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    Your therapist or esthetician will begin with a brief consultation to understand your goals, preferences, and any areas of concern. Every treatment at Spa Urbana is customized— whether you’re receiving massage, body treatments, or facials— so we can tailor pressure, techniques, and products to your needs.

  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?

    We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in, use the restroom if needed, and complete any brief intake forms. This helps ensure you receive the full length of your service and begin your treatment feeling calm and unhurried.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule single appointments- 48 hours’ notice for group appointments. Cancellations made within those time frames or missed appointments may be charged accordingly to ensure our providers are compensated for their reserved time.

  • Can I receive a massage if I’m pregnant?

    Absolutely. We offer a dedicated prenatal massage designed specifically for pregnancy after the first trimester. For safety, deep pressure, hot stones, and certain essential oils are not used during prenatal massage.

  • What skincare brands do you use in your facials?

    We feature Eminence Organic Skincare, known for biodynamic ingredients rich in vitamins and active botanicals, as well as Image Skincare. Each facial is customized to your skin’s needs using organic formulations that support healthy, radiant skin without harsh chemicals.

  • Do you accept gratuity and how much is customary?

    Gratuity is always appreciated. If you wish to tip, the typical range is 15–20% of the service total. Tips may be left via card, cash, or added at checkout.
