Spa Policies

Checking in

To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy a cup of tea or other refreshments in our relaxation lounge.



We are located in the heart of downtown, there is 1-hour metered parking on most of the nearby streets. However, we recommend choosing one of the many first-hour-free parking garages in the area to alleviate any undue stress. Street parking is always free on Sundays.

Parking will always be free on these holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Non-Discrimination Policy

We do not and will not discriminate against any customer or employee based on gender, race, creed, age, religion, masks or vaccination status. All are welcome, included and respected. If you need to cancel your appointment, you are responsible for doing so within the cancellation window to avoid any charges. See cancellation policy below.


Cancellation Policy: To respect our and our employee's time, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. Credit cards are required to secure all appointments. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged full price.


Package & Group Cancellation Policy: Spa packages and group reservations require 48-hour notice. In the event of a same-day or late scheduling conflict on the client or spa's behalf, you will be offered treatment alternatives. If you are unable to accept these alternatives, you will be charged accordingly and assigned a gift card or certificate for the value of your scheduled treatment. No-shows will be charged full price.



As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the 15 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.



We are committed to providing superior service to our guests. Our prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so upon checkout.



Spa Urbana is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal articles, please do not bring valuables to the spa. Please - Remember to silence your cell phone when in our relaxation lounge and during your treatment.



Gift cards are a wonderful way to give. Gift cards are available at the spa reception desk, through our website or by calling 208.639.5335. Gift cards are valid for products/services only. Must be presented for redemption. Specials and discounts are NOT applicable to gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Card is redeemable for services or merchandise only and cannot be used for gratuities unless otherwise specified at the time of original purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.



Return unused products within two weeks of purchase with original receipt and packaging for a refund or spa credit.



All major credit cards, Spa Urbana gift cards/certificates as well as cash are accepted for payment. We do NOT accept personal checks.
